If you want to make changes to your payment details (e.g. to register a new card or use a different card) or billing address, just log in to your account here, go to ‘change my address’, and follow the instructions. To make sure that there are no issues with payment, you’ll need to let us know before 7am on the 1st of the month preceding the one that your box is delivered. For example, to make changes relating to payment for a box due to be delivered in March, you must let us know before 7am on 1st February. If you’re on a monthly subscription and fail to notify us of changes in your payment details by the cut-off date, this could prevent payment going through and/ or delivery of the relevant box.
