If you’ve cancelled your monthly subscription, but have still been charged, it may be because you missed the Cancellation Cut-Off date. Please check your cancellation time and date. For example, if you cancel your subscription before 7am on 1st February, you won’t receive or pay for March’s box or any subsequent boxes. However, if you cancel your subscription after this cut-off, you’ll still receive and pay for the March box. If you still think you’ve been incorrectly charged, please contact us here.
